Drug resistance mechanisms in chemotherapy: multidrug transporters, apoptosis pathways, the unfolded protein response. New anticancer drugs, anticancer drug pharmacokinetics and toxicity. Animal models of tumorigenesis and drug resistance. Melanoma, myeloma and other common recalcitrant cancers.
